Battery & Seal Renewal
A short bench visit for quartz pieces. The cell is matched and replaced, circuit contacts cleaned, gaskets at the caseback, crown and pushers renewed. A dry pressure check at 3 bar follows before closing. Most pieces are ready the same day or the next working day.

Water Resistance Testing & Reseal
A structured check of a case's ability to keep out moisture. Tested dry, then wet where results allow, with readings recorded at each stage. Crown tube, pusher seats and crystal gasket are inspected, worn parts replaced, then re-tested. Two to four working days.

Chronograph Overhaul
A full overhaul for column-wheel and cam-actuated chronograph calibres. The counting mechanism is stripped alongside the base movement. Levers, hammers, clutch and reset components inspected, pivots checked, chronograph set up so hands return cleanly to zero. Four to eight weeks including observation.

How do I know which service my watch needs?
A brief description of what you have noticed — the watch stopping, condensation inside, or a chronograph hand that hesitates — is usually enough for us to point you toward the right bench task. Bring it in or send a message and we will let you know before any work is agreed.
How long does a battery and seal service take?
Most quartz pieces are ready the same day or the next working day. If a gasket size needs to be sourced, we will let you know before you leave the counter. Saturday drop-offs are typically ready by Monday afternoon.
My watch says water resistant to 100 m. Can I still swim with it?
The depth figure on a dial is the original specification under controlled test conditions. Gaskets harden over time, and a watch that has not been tested for a few years may no longer hold that rating. Our water resistance test gives you a current picture — not the one from when the watch was made.
What does a chronograph overhaul involve, and why does it take weeks?
A chronograph movement has two systems — the base timekeeping train and the counting mechanism above it. Both are stripped, inspected and rebuilt. After reassembly, the piece runs on the bench for several days so the technician can record rate figures across positions and confirm the chronograph functions cleanly on start, stop and reset. Observation time is what separates a sound overhaul from a quick clean.
What is included in the paperwork I receive with the watch?
The docket lists the service performed, any parts fitted (with reference codes where applicable), test readings, and a plain-language note from the technician on anything observed while the case was open. For chronograph overhauls the docket also includes the six-position rate chart and a 12-month service coverage note.
How do I reach the workshop?
We are at 14 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. The nearest rail interchange is KLCC on the Kelana Jaya Line, a short walk away. Street parking is available on adjacent roads. The workshop is open Monday to Friday 9 am–6 pm and Saturday 9 am–1 pm.
